DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Regarding the issuance of regulations on the system of drawing symbols

in urban planning projects

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2005/NĐ-CP dated January 24, 2005 of the Government on urban planning;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning and the Director of the Institute of Urban and Rural Planning,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Decision hereby promulgates the "Regulations on the System of Drawing Symbols for Urban Planning Projects."

Article 2. These regulations shall be uniformly applied throughout the country in the field of urban planning design. Previous regulations of the Ministry of Construction that conflict with these regulations are hereby abolished.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Provincial People's Committees, centrally-administered city People's Committees, Construction Departments, Architecture and Urban Planning Departments, and urban planning consulting units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
