Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 100/2005/NĐ-CP dated August 3, 2005 of the Government on the implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention prohibiting the development, production, stockpiling, use, and destruction of chemical weapons;
Pursuant to Decision No. 76/2002/QĐ-TTg dated June 14, 2002 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Working Group to Implement the Chemical Weapons Convention prohibiting the development, production, stockpiling, and use of chemical weapons and the destruction of such weapons;
At the proposal of the Director of the International Cooperation Department.

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Working Group to Implement the Chemical Weapons Convention.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 232/2003/QĐ-BCN dated December 24, 2003 of the Minister of Industry on the issuance of the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Inter-Ministerial Working Group to Implement the Chemical Weapons Convention.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus, heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Head of the Working Group to Implement the Chemical Weapons Convention are responsible for implementing this Decision.
