BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF REGULATORY NATURE dated November 12, 1996 and THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF REGULATORY NATURE dated December 16, 2002;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION AGENCY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT.

THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION AGENCY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY CIRCULATION AGENCY, THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM RAILWAY CORPORATION, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELEVANT UNITS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
