BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 54/2003/NĐ-CP OF MAY 19, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 28/2004/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 16, 2004 AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING SOME ARTICLES OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE CERTIFICATION AND ISSUE OF MEASUREMENT INSPECTION TECHNICIANS CARDS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECREE NO. 58/2001/QĐ-BKHCNMT OF NOVEMBER 13, 2001 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT (NOW THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY).
Article 3. THE NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE FOR MEASUREMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL, THE PROVINCE AND CITY BRANCHES OF THE NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE FOR MEASUREMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
