Pursuant to the National Reserve Law No. 17/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on the construction, promulgation, and management of economic-technical norms for the storage of national reserve goods.
