The Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Price Management Agency, the Director of the National Reserve Agency, the Heads of Ministries, sectors, and units managing national reserve goods shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
