BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 91/2002/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT;
BASED ON THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS DECREE NO. 141/HĐBT OF AUGUST 24, 1982 ISSUING THE STANDARDS WORK REGULATION (NOW THE GOVERNMENT);
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSALS OF THE HEAD OF THE METEOROLOGY AND HYDROLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD 94 TCN 8 - 2006 "REGULATIONS ON COASTAL OCEANOGRAPHIC MONITORING".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2007. ABOLISH THE DECISION NO. 178/QĐ-KTTV OF AUGUST 21, 1991 OF THE HEAD OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF METEOROLOGY AND HYDROLOGY ISSUING THE REGULATIONS ON COASTAL OCEANOGRAPHIC MONITORING 94 TCN 8 - 91.
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE METEOROLOGY AND HYDROLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL METEOROLOGY AND HYDROLOGY CENTER, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
