Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on livestock breeds;

Pursuant to Decree No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 24, 1999 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on product quality;

Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government on state management of product and commodity quality;

Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;

At the proposal of the Director of the Fisheries Cultivation Department.

Article 1. The following is hereby promulgated along with this Decision: List of aquatic species that must apply industry standards.

Article 2. This list will be adjusted and supplemented at different periods to meet the requirements for the quality of cultivated aquatic species.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Heads of Departments, Directorates, Inspectors General of the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Fisheries Services, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for aquaculture, and Heads of related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
