THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
On the basis of Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain contents of Standard TCXDVN 323: 2004 Residential High-Rise Buildings - Design Standards issued pursuant to Decision No. 26/2004/QĐ-BXD dated November 2, 2004 of the Minister of Construction (with attached Appendices).
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
