GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 81/1998/NĐ-CP dated October 1, 1998 of the Government on printing, minting, preserving, transporting, and destroying paper money and metal coins; preserving and transporting valuable assets and securities within the banking system;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 52/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
At the proposal of the Director of the General Control Department.

Article 1The Inspection and Supervision Regulation of the State Bank of Vietnam on the Printing and Minting Activities of Vietnamese Currency at the National Banknote Printing Works is hereby attached to this Decision.
Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 1481/2001/QĐ-NHNN dated November 26, 2001 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the issuance of the Inspection and Supervision Regulation of the State Bank of Vietnam concerning the National Banknote Printing Works.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, Directors of the General Control Department, Accounting and Finance Department, Issue and Treasury Management Department, Director of the National Banknote Printing Works, Heads of relevant units under the State Bank of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
