Issuing the "Regulation on Inspection and Handling of Normative Legal Documents of the Ministry of Industry"
MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

WHEREAS Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
WHEREAS Decree No. 135/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on inspection and handling of normative legal documents;
NOW THEREFORE,
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department.
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue together with this Decision the "Regulation on Inspection and Handling of Normative Legal Documents of the Ministry of Industry".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus, and other units under the Ministry; related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
