Issuing the Civil Aviation News Reporting Regulations

MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/ND-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Transport Department and the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Civil Aviation News Reporting Regulations are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Decision No. 10/2004/QD-BGTVT dated June 25, 2004 of the Minister of Transport on the issuance of the "Civil Aviation Non-Public Information Work Regulations" is hereby repealed.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority, the Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
