THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2006/NĐ-CP dated May 26, 2006 of the Government guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for Persons Who Have Rendered Meritorious Service to the Revolution;
Pursuant to Circular No. 9931/BTC-HCSN dated July 25, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance regarding comments on the draft Decision amending and supplementing Decision No. 129/2002/QĐ-BLĐTBXH;
At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Finance Department and the Director of the War Invalids and Martyrs' Affairs and Meritorious Persons Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Regulation on the use and management of funds for welcoming, visiting, presenting gifts, and providing food and transportation support to persons who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 129/2002/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated February 1, 2002 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on the issuance of the Regulation on expenditure and management of certain special expenditures for persons who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Planning and Finance Department, Directors of the War Invalids and Martyrs' Affairs and Meritorious Persons Department, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
