DECISION

ISSUING REGULATIONS ON HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSONS DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING PREPARED FOOD AND SELLING READY-TO-EAT FOOD

MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Ordinance on Food Safety and Hygiene No. 12/2003/PL-UBTVQH11 dated July 26, 2003 and Decree No. 163/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2004 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of Ordinance on Food Safety and Hygiene;
Considering the proposal by the Director of the Department of Food Safety and Sanitation - Ministry of Health,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision "Regulations on health requirements for persons directly involved in the process of manufacturing prepared food and selling ready-to-eat food".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Legal Department, Treatment Department, Director of the Food Safety and Sanitation Department, Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally-run cities, Heads of units under the Ministry, and Heads of health services of sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
