Repeals Decision No. 987/2004/QĐ-NHNN dated August 5, 2004 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the issuance ofFinancial Regulations for revenue-generating public service units under the State Bank of Vietnam

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents 1996; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 07/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 10, 2006 of the Government on the financial system of the State Bank of Vietnam.
Based on Document No. 3765/BTC-TCNH dated March 19, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.Repeals Decision No. 987/2004/QĐ-NHNN dated August 5, 2004 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the issuance of Financial Regulations for revenue-generating public service units under the State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 2Revenue-generating public service units under the State Bank of Vietnam (including: The Banking Times, The Banking Magazine, Credit Information Center) shall implement the financial mechanism according to Decree No. 07/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 10, 2006 of the Government on the financial system of the State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 3.This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Editor-in-Chief of The Banking Times, the Editor-in-Chief of The Banking Magazine, the Director of the Credit Information Center, and the Heads of related units under the State Bank of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.
