THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational college level;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational college level for the profession
"Tailoring and Fashion Design";
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational college level for the profession: "Tailoring and Fashion Design";
On the basis of the aforementioned framework programs, the Rectors of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities registered to conduct intermediate and higher vocational training shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the vocational training programs applicable to their institutions.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities registered to conduct intermediate and higher vocational training for the profession "Tailoring and Fashion Design," and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
