THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2005/ND-CP dated May 16, 2005 of the Government promulgating the Social Health Insurance Regulation;
Pursuant to Circular Joint Circular No. 03/2006/TTLT-BYT-BTC-BLDTBXH dated January 26, 2006 of the Joint Ministries of Health-Finance-Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs supplementing Joint Circular No. 14/TTLB dated September 30, 1995 of the Joint Ministries of Health-Finance-Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs-National Price Committee guiding the implementation of partial hospital fees;
On the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment, the Heads of the Departments of Social Health Insurance, Planning and Finance, and Medical Equipment and Infrastructure.
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of Consumable Medical Supplies and Replacement Medical Supplies in Diagnosis and Treatment is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The List of Consumable Medical Supplies and Replacement Medical Supplies in Diagnosis and Treatment serves as the basis for:
1. Medical examination and treatment establishments to organize supply and collect hospital fees.
2. The Social Health Insurance Fund to pay patients participating in social health insurance according to current social health insurance regulations.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Permanent Deputy Minister of Health, Directors of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment, Heads of the Departments of Social Health Insurance, Planning and Finance, Medical Equipment and Infrastructure, other Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health; Directors of hospitals and institutes under the Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial Health Services under centrally governed cities and provinces, Heads of Health Services under various sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
