Article 1. Attached hereto is the "National Technical Regulation on Safety for Electrical and Electronic Equipment".
Article 2. This Circular takes effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. As of June 1, 2010, electrical and electronic equipment from number 1 to number 6 as specified in the Appendix of the National Technical Regulation on Safety for Electrical and Electronic Equipment shall only be circulated in the market after being certified as compliant, marked with a compliance mark, and registered with quality documentation as prescribed.
Article 5. The Director of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION, IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES, ORGANIZATIONS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS SHOULD PROMPTLY REPORT TO THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY FOR STUDY AND AMENDMENT./.
