Issuing the "Supplementary List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam""

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Seed Plant Variety Ordinance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,

Article 1. The "Supplementary List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam" is hereby issued along with this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Cultivation Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
