CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE “SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS IN VIETNAM”

MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Plant Variety Law;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,

Article 1. This Circular issues the "Supplemental List of Plant Varieties Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Heads of the Science and Technology Department and Environment Protection Department, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under central cities and heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Circular.
