2. THEThis Resolution takes effect from the date it is adopted by the National Assembly.Schools under the Ministry have the responsibility and obligation to:

- Report fully and accurately each indicator specified in each reporting form;

- Prepare reports in accordance with the prescribed format and reporting period;

3. Submit reports to the receiving unit in accordance with the prescribed reporting deadlines.

The Schools under the Ministry include:

a) Universities and Collegesg and Vocational Secondary Schools directly under the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
