BASED ON DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008, OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP, SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008, OF THE GOVERNMENT;

BASED ON THE PLANT VARIETY SEED LAW NO. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11, MARCH 24, 2004, OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE.

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANTATION CROP DEPARTMENT,

THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADING IN VIETNAM,

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADING IN VIETNAM", INCLUDING: ONE RICE VARIETY; TWO CORN VARIETIES AND ONE CASSAVA VARIETY (ANNEX ATTACHED).

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FORTY-FIVE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANTATION CROP DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AND CITY LEVEL AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
