dated May 11, 2007, of the Government Chairman on transferring the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange Center to the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center

The Government Chairman promulgates this Decision to amend certain Articles of Decision No. 599/2007/QĐ-TTg dated May 11, 2007, of the Government Chairman on transferring the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange Center to the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center.

Amending the provisions set forth in Article 5 of Decision No. 599/2007/QĐ-TTg dated May 11, 2007, of the Government Chairman as follows:

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Securities Law dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Securities Law dated November 24, 2010;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

"Article 5. Registered Capital of the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center

Article 1. The registered capital of the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center is 20,000 billion VND, including:

1. Capital transferred from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange Center to the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center at the time of transfer;

2. Additional state capital during the course of operation.

3. Self-supplemented capital from post-tax profits and other lawful sources."

This Decision takes effect from August 8, 2015.

The Minister of Finance, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from August 8, 2015.

Article 3. Implementation

The Minister of Finance, the Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Ministers, the Heads of ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities directly related to this Decision are responsible for its implementation./.
