Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated June 29, 2006 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated November 21, 2014;
Pursuant to the Price Law dated June 20, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Price Law and Decree No. 149/2016/ND-CP dated November 11, 2016 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM CIVIL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION;
The Minister of Transport hereby promulgates this Circular prescribing the levels and price ranges for some specialized aviation services at Vietnamese airports from January 1 01 day1 to December 31, 31 the 12 day1.
Article 1. Level of aircraft take-off and landing service fees for domestic flights
The level of aircraft take-off and landing service fees for domestic flights shall be implemented as follows:
1. From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021: apply at 50% of the aircraft take-off and landing service fee level for domestic flights prescribed in Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2019 of the Minister of Transport prescribing the levels and price ranges for some specialized aviation services at Vietnamese airports (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT).
2. From January 1, 2022 onwards: continue to implement according to the fee level prescribed in Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.
Article 2. Price range for some specialized aviation services
The price range for specialized aviation services listed in Clause 2 and Clause 3, Article 1 of Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT shall be implemented as follows:
1. From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021: apply a price range with a minimum level of 0 VND, and the maximum level shall be implemented according to the provisions of Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.
2. From January 1, 2022 onwards: continue to implement according to the price range prescribed in Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. This Circular takes effect from the date of signature.
2. Service providers and service users specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Circular shall proactively negotiate and handle revenue collected from January 1, 2021 until the date this Circular takes effect in accordance with the relevant laws.
3. The Director of the Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, the Heads of agencies, organizations, and related individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
