Pursuant to the Law on the Capital City promulgated on November 21, 2012;

Pursuant to the Law on Construction promulgated on June 18, 2014;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 112/NQ-CP dated July 26, 2023 of the Government extending the time for piloting the Urban Construction Order Management Teams directly under the People's Committees of districts, counties, and towns in Hanoi City;

The Government Chairman issues this Decision amending and supplementing Article 4 of Decision No. 26/2018/QĐ-TTg dated June 22, 2018 of the Government Chairman on piloting the establishment of Urban Construction Order Management Teams directly under the People's Committees of districts, counties, and towns in Hanoi City.

Article 1. Amending and supplementing Article 4 of Decision No. 26/2018/QĐ-TTg dated June 22, 2018 of the Government Chairman on piloting the establishment of Urban Construction Order Management Teams directly under the People's Committees of districts, counties, and towns in Hanoi City as follows:

"Article 4. Time for pilot implementation

1. Continue to extend the time for piloting the Urban Construction Order Management Teams directly under the People's Committees of districts, counties, and towns in Hanoi City from August 10, 2023 until there is a formal decision by the competent authority regarding the organizational model for urban construction order management under the People's Committees of districts, counties, and towns in Hanoi City.

2. The People's Committee of Hanoi City shall be responsible for evaluating the results of piloting the Urban Construction Order Management Teams directly under the People's Committees of districts, counties, and towns in Hanoi City; coordinating with relevant ministries and agencies during the process of researching and amending related legal provisions."

Article 2. Effective Date

This Decision takes effect from August 10, 2023 and replaces Decision No. 35/2020/QĐ-TTg dated December 9, 2020 of the Government Chairman amending and supplementing Article 4 of Decision No. 26/2018/QĐ-TTg dated June 22, 2018 of the Government Chairman on piloting the establishment of Urban Construction Order Management Teams directly under the People's Committees of districts, counties, and towns in Hanoi City.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

The Ministers of Home Affairs, Justice, Construction, the General Inspector of the Government, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, and other relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
