Issuing the National Strategy on Anti-Corruption until 2020

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Law on Prevention and Control of Corruption dated November 29, 2005;
Based on Resolution No. 04-NQ/TW dated August 21, 2006 of the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, tenth tenure, on strengthening the leadership of the Party in anti-corruption and thrift work;
Based on Resolution No. 27/2008/NQ-CP dated November 28, 2008 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the General Inspector,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Issuing the National Strategy on Anti-Corruption until 2020.
Article 2. This Resolution takes effect from June 1, 2009.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairperson of the Office of the Central Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under central jurisdiction, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and units are responsible for implementing this Resolution./.
