I. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING SUBSIDIES
1. State employees sent to attend short-term courses lasting up to four months shall be entitled to receive subsidies for days required to attend classes if they meet the following conditions:
a) The course must be approved by the competent authority (at the central level, this includes Ministries, General Departments, State Councils, and other agencies under the Government; at the local level, it includes Provincial People's Committees, city people's committees, and special administrative regions directly under the central government).
b) Employees sent to study must meet the admission criteria set forth in the school's enrollment notice.
c) The distance from the employee's workplace or enterprise to the training location must be 20 kilometers or more, without the possibility of residing at the workplace or home, necessitating residence at the location where the short-term course is held.

II. AMOUNT OF SUBSIDY AND PERIOD OF ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBSIDY
