DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

Regarding the List of State Secrets of the highest level for the Ministry of Public Security

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protecting State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security and the Minister of Public Security,

DECISION:

Article 1. The List of State Secrets of the highest level "Top Secret" of the Ministry of Public Security includes:

1. Draft comprehensive plans on organizational structure and senior personnel of the Government for the new term of the National Assembly session prepared by the Ministry of Public Security.

2. Proposals and evaluations of the Ministry of Public Security regarding the organizational structure and staffing of the People's Public Security Force and the People's Army of Vietnam.

3. Documents of the Ministry of Public Security concerning assessments and evaluations of cadres; regarding appointments and disciplinary actions of cadres under the management of the Political Bureau and the Secretariat; related documents concerning high-ranking Party and State officials currently held by the Ministry of Public Security.

4. Guidance opinions of Party and State leaders on state organization work.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Minister of Public Security and the Minister of Public Security shall be responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
