DECREE-LAW
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 211 DATED NOVEMBER 16, 1946
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946, which established the principles for organizing ministries in the Government of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the decree dated May 6, 1946, establishing the Ministry of National Economy;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 189 dated September 27, 1946, appointing Mr. Dao Huu Duong as Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of National Economy;
At the proposal of the Ministry of National Economy;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1. Mr. Dao Huu Duong is permitted to resign from his position as Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of National Economy effective November 6, 1946.
Article 2. The Minister of National Economy shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law./.
