DECREE

Regarding the Charter on Organization and Operation

of the Vietnam Coal-Mineral Industries Group

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2012 of the Government on the delegation and decentralization of rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the State owner towards state-owned enterprises and state capital invested in enterprises;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;

The Government promulgates the Decree on the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Coal-Mineral Industries Group,

Article 1. Attached hereto is the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Coal-Mineral Industries Group.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect from February 1, 2014.

Repeals the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Vietnam Coal-Mineral Industries Group issued pursuant to Decision No. 418/QĐ-TTg dated March 21, 2011 of the Prime Minister and other previous regulations that are inconsistent with this Decree.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Members of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Vietnam Coal-Mineral Industries Group are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
