Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to the agreement between the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam and the Federation of French Insurance Companies on May 6, 1994, and the invitation letter from the Federation of French Insurance Companies on March 13, 1995;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Training Department and the Director of the Banking and Financial Organizations Finance Department;

Article 1: Assign Comrade Nguyen The Nang, officer of the Banking and Financial Organizations Finance Department, to study statistics and information in the field of insurance in the French Republic, from May 1, 1995 to June 30, 1995.
Article 2: Comrade Nguyen The Nang's salary will be retained for his family at 40% of his current pay grade according to the salary scale he is currently receiving.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Directors of the Cadre and Training Department, the Banking and Financial Organizations Finance Department, the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, the International Relations Department, the Minister's Office, and Comrade Nguyen The Nang are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
