DECISION

Regarding the issuance of procedures for inspecting prices of goods and services listed in the price registration and declaration directory and those subject to government stabilization measures

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on Inspection dated November 15, 2010;

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 40/2002/PL-UBTVQH on Prices issued by the Standing National Assembly on May 10, 2002 and related implementing regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Considering the proposal by the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the Procedures for inspecting prices of goods and services listed in the price registration and declaration directory and those subject to government stabilization measures.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Ministry of Finance’s Office, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and Directors of Provincial Departments of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision.
