OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 213 DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1946
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 34 dated March 25, 1946 organizing the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 82b dated May 29, 1946 appointing Mr. Nguyen Duy Thanh as Director of the Transportation and Public Works Bureau;
In response to a request from the Minister of National Defense;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW
Article 1. Abolish Decree-Law No. 82b dated May 29, 1946 appointing Mr. Nguyen Duy Thanh as Director of the Transportation and Public Works Bureau.
Article 2. Now appoints Mr. LE SI MAC, a bridge engineer from the Ponts et Chaussées School in Paris, to assume the position of Director of the Transportation and Public Works Bureau effective January 1, [year].
Article 3. The Minister of National Defense shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly./.
