ArticleArticle 1: Comrade Le Van Thanh - Director of the Provincial Investment and Development Department of Binh Thuan Province (Former Director of the Branch of the Vietnam Development Bank in Binh Thuan Province) shall now resign from his position as Director, returning to his previous unit (Branch of the Vietnam Development Bank in Binh Thuan Province).

ArticleArticle 2:  This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 1255 TC/QĐ/TCCB dated December 31, 1994 of the Ministry of Finance. The General Department Directors of the General Department of Investment and Development, the Leaders of the Provincial Investment and Development Department, the Heads of the Financial Management Department, the Organization and Cadre Training Department, the Office Director, and Comrade Le Van Thanh are responsible for implementing this decision./.
