THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Directive No. 32/2000/CT-BNN-KL dated March 27, 2000 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the assignment to the Forest Protection Force to organize monitoring of forest changes within the entire country;
Pursuant to Circular No. 25/2009/TT-BNN dated May 5, 2009 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding the implementation of forest statistics, inventory, and establishment of forest management files;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Administration;
DECISION:
Article 1. Announce the forest area figures up to December 31, 2009 nationwide as follows:
