DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regulations on allowances for forces combating drug crimes under the Ministry of National Defence
Regarding the requirements of work to prevent and combat drug-related crimes;
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of National Defence and the Minister of Finance,
Regulations on allowances for border guard forces, maritime police, and criminal investigation agencies under the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of National Defence directly involved in preventing and combating drug crimes, including the following levels:
DECISION:
Article 1. 1. A level of VND 200,000/person/month for officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers directly engaged in preventing and combating drug crimes;
2. A level of VND 150,000/person/month for officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers indirectly engaged in preventing and combating drug crimes.
The source of funds for implementing the allowance regime stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision shall be from the annual support budget of the National Program on Prevention and Control of Drugs.
Article 2. The Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Finance shall provide guidance on the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Finance shall provide guidance for the implementation of this Decision.
Article 5. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
