BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 41/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 25, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE INSPECTION LAW;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 55/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 25, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE GOVERNMENT INSPECTORATE;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE "REGULATION ON THE OPERATIONS OF INSPECTION GROUPS".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. THIS DECISION REPLACES DECISION NO. 1776/QĐ-TTNN DATED DECEMBER 21, 1996 OF THE STATE AUDITOR ISSUING THE "REGULATION ON THE OPERATIONS OF INSPECTION GROUPS".
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE SAME LEVEL AS MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT BODIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, AND HEADS OF GOVERNMENT BODIES RELATED TO THE SUBJECT MATTER; HEADS OF INSPECTION BODIES AT ALL LEVELS AND SECTORS; HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND UNITS UNDER THE GOVERNMENT INSPECTORATE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
