STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
WHEREAS, the National Assembly's Resolution dated April 10, 1965, delegated certain powers to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly in new circumstances,
WHEREAS, the National Assembly's Resolution dated March 25, 1972, approved the State budget for 1972,
AFTER HEARING THE GOVERNMENT COUNCIL'S REPORT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE BUDGET FOR THE FIRST HALF OF 1972 AND DIRECTIONS TO ADJUST THE STATE BUDGET FOR 1972,
AFTER HEARING THE PRESENTATION BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY'S PLANNING AND BUDGET COMMITTEE;
RESOLVES:
1. To approve the directions to adjust the State budget for 1972 as presented by the Government before the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
2. To delegate the Government, during the implementation of the budget, to make necessary adjustments to the revenue and expenditure levels of the State budget for 1972 in accordance with new circumstances./.
