RESOLUTION OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
REGARDING THE QUANTITY OF JUDGES AND PEOPLE'S ASSISTANT JUDGES OF LOCAL PEOPLE'S COURTS;
THE QUANTITY OF MILITARY JUDGES AND PEOPLE'S ASSISTANT JUDGES OF MILITARY COURTS OF MILITARY ZONES AND EQUIVALENTS,MILITARY REGIONAL COURTS
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
BASED ON ARTICLE 91 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN 1992 AND ARTICLE 40 OF THE ORGANIZATION LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S COURTS;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE, AFTER THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE HAS REACHED AGREEMENT WITH THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT AND THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE;
RESOLUTION:
1. DECIDES THE QUANTITY OF JUDGES OF LOCAL PEOPLE'S COURTS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1994 TO 1999 TO BE 4633 (FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND THIRTY-THREE) PERSONS; THE QUANTITY OF MILITARY JUDGES OF MILITARY COURTS OF MILITARY ZONES AND EQUIVALENTS, MILITARY REGIONAL COURTS IS 140 (ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY) PERSONS.
2. DECIDES THE QUANTITY OF PEOPLE'S ASSISTANT JUDGES OF LOCAL PEOPLE'S COURTS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 1994 TO 1999 TO BE 10197 (TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN) PERSONS; THE QUANTITY OF MILITARY ASSISTANT JUDGES OF MILITARY REGIONAL COURTS IS 610 (SIX HUNDRED AND TEN) PERSONS.
3. THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE, THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT, THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS RESOLUTION WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THEIR DUTIES AND AUTHORITY./.
