DECREE-LAW

No. 217-SL dated September 28, 1954

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People's Army,

ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:

Article 1: Major General Vu Thua Vu, commander of the 308th Division, is hereby promoted to Lieutenant General.

Article 2: The Minister of National Defense and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People's Army shall implement this Decree-Law.
