Decision No. 2176/2000/QĐ-BYT on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of Drug and Cosmetic Testing Centers under Provincial Health Departments

DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Regarding the issuance of the "Regulations on functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Drug and Cosmetic Testing Center under Provincial Health Departments"THE MINISTER OF HEALTH- Based on Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government regarding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

- Based on Decree No. 01/1998/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 1998 of the Government concerning the system of local health organizations and Circular Jointly Issued No. 02/1998/TTLT-BYT-BTCCBCP dated June 27, 1998 by the Ministry of Health and the Civil Service Personnel Committee on guiding the implementation of Decree No. 01/1998/NĐ-CP;

- According to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres and the Director General of the Vietnam Drug Administration.

DECISION

Article 1.

The "Regulations on functions, tasks and organizational structure of the Drug and Cosmetic Testing Center under Provincial Health Departments" is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of issuance. Any previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are repealed. Article 3.

The Heads of the Office, Department Directors of Organization and Cadres, Director Generals of the Vietnam Drug Administration, Provincial Health Directors, and heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision. Recipients;
