Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Article 1: Correcting the error in the example number at Point c, Clause 3, Section III of Circular Joint No. 34/2007/TTLT/BTC-BLDTBXH-UBTDTT dated April 9, 2007, issued by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Sports Committee regarding the guidance on implementing Decision No. 234/2006/QD-TTg dated October 18, 2006 of the Prime Minister concerning certain benefits for sports coaches and athletes as follows: Change the phrase "Example 3" (page 6) to "Example 2".

Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Director of the Administrative and Public Financial Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
