Decree No. 218 Regarding the permission for Mr. Le Xuan Huu to resign from his position as Director of the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NUMBER 218 DATED NOVEMBER 22, 1946

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the declaration of August 23, 1945 on the establishment of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 5, 1946 establishing positions within each Ministry of the Government of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 62 dated May 8, 1946 establishing positions in the Office, Departments, and Bureaus of the Ministry of Agriculture;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated August 8, 1946 appointing personnel for positions at the Ministry of Agriculture;

Pursuant to a request dated November 12, 1946 from Mr. Le Xuan Huu;

At the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and after deliberation by the Council of Ministers,

ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE:

Article 1. Mr. Le Xuan Huu, Deputy Director of the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture is permitted to resign from his position.

Article 2.The Minister of Agriculture shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law./.
