GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR GENERAL
Based on the Inspection Law dated November 15, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law on Petition dated November 11, 2011;
Pursuant to the Law on Complaints dated November 11, 2011;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
To implement the Plan No. 1130/KH-TTCP dated May 10, 2012 of the Government Inspectorate on inspecting, reviewing, and resolving complex, pending, and protracted complaints and denunciations cases;
At the proposal of the Head of the Legal Affairs Department and the Leader of Team 1130,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing the "Model Documents for Reviewing Complex, Pending, and Protracted Complaints and Denunciations Cases" attached to this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. Chairpersons of People's Committees, Heads of Inspectors of provinces and centrally governed cities; Heads of Inspectors of Ministries and agencies at ministerial level; Heads of departments, bureaus, and units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
