DECREE No. 219 ON PERMITTING MR. NGUYEN DANG, DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, TO RESIGN

DECREE-LAW

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NO. 219 DATED November 22, 1946

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the declaration of August 28, 1945 on the establishment of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Resolution of November 14, 1945 by the Council of Ministers establishing the Ministry of Agriculture;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 defining positions within each ministry of the Government of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 62 dated May 8, 1946 defining positions in the Office, Departments, and Bureaus under the Ministry of Agriculture;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 73 dated May 24, 1946 appointing Mr. Nguyen Dang as Deputy Director of Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture;

Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and after the Council of Ministers has reached an agreement;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1. Mr. Nguyen Dang, Deputy Director of Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture, is relieved of his duties as of November 5, 1946.

Article 2. The Minister of Agriculture shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law./.
