DECISION RECOGNIZING BIEN HOA CITY AS A CLASS II URBAN AREA
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Decision No. 132-HDBT dated May 5, 1990 on the classification of urban areas and the management levels of urban areas;
Considering the position of Bien Hoa City in the strategic development plan for the Southern Triangle Key Area: Ho Chi Minh City - Bien Hoa - Vung Tau;
Upon consideration of the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province (Document No. 474-UBT dated April 15, 1993), the opinion of the Minister of Construction (Document No. 521-BXD/DT dated May 6, 1993), and the Director of the Organization-Cadre Department under the Government (Document No. 145-TH/TCCP dated March 6, 1993),
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, as a Class II urban area.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Ministers, the Director of the Organization-Cadre Department under the Government, the Minister of Construction, the Minister of Finance, the heads of relevant agencies; the Chairmen of the People's Committees of Dong Nai Province and Bien Hoa City shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
