Căn cứ Nghị định số 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges belonging to the state budget;
After receiving the opinions of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 3832/GTVT-TCKT dated November 26, 1998 and Circular No. 282/GTVT-TCKT dated January 26, 1999),
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
This Decision promulgates the Schedule of Fees for Use of National Highway 1A at Cam Thinh Station Km 1517, Cam Ranh District, Khanh Hoa Province.
The objects of collection, organization of collection, payment, and management and use of the fees for use of National Highway 1A at Cam Thinh Station shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of road bridge fees managed by the state, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration,

Article 1: This Decision takes effect from March 15, 1999.
Article 2: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units entrusted by the Ministry of Transport to organize fee collection at Cam Thinh Station and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
