Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
After receiving the opinions of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 3832/GTVT-TCKT dated November 26, 1998 and Circular No. 282/GTVT-TCKT dated January 26, 1999),

Article 1. The attached Decision sets forth the toll rates for using National Highway 1A at Cam Thinh Toll Station Km 1517 Cam Ranh District, Khanh Hoa Province.
Article 2. The objects of collection, organization of collection, payment, and management and use of the tolls for using National Highway 1A at Cam Thinh Toll Station shall be implemented in accordance with Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of national road and bridge tolls, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from March 15, 1999.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of the fee, units entrusted by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees at Cam Thinh Toll Station, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
