THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's opinion at Circular No. 14/CP-ĐMDN dated February 2, 2000, assigning the Minister of Industry to lead and coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors to guide the restructuring or transformation of member units of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation;
Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation (Petition No. 387CV/HĐQT dated November 17, 1999) and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,

Article 1. The Transport and Miner Shuttle Service Enterprise, a subsidiary under the dependent accounting system of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation, shall be transferred to become a unit directly managed by the Materials Transportation and Loading Company, a subsidiary under the independent accounting system of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation.
The Transport and Miner Shuttle Service Enterprise, a dependent accounting unit of the Materials Transportation and Loading Company, shall have a bank account and a seal for transactions in accordance with the law.
- Main office located at Cam Dong Ward, Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh Province.
Article 2. Business Fields:
- Transporting and shuttling employees;
- Transporting coal, soil, rock, and other goods;
- Repairing automobiles and mechanical processing;
- Extracting and processing coal.
Article 3. The General Director of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation is responsible for directing the implementation of this transfer in accordance with current state regulations.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the General Director of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation, the Director of the Transport and Miner Shuttle Service Enterprise, and the Director of the Materials Transportation and Loading Company are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
