THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry; Considering the proposals of the General Director of Vietnam Dairy Company (memoranda No. 240/CTS-TCLĐ dated March 20, 2001 and No. 282/CTS-TCLĐ dated April 6, 2001);
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Establish Can Tho Milk Plant under Vietnam Dairy Company.
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Can Tho Milk Plant is a subsidiary unit subordinate to Vietnam Dairy Company, having a bank account and a seal for transactions in accordance with the law. The main office is located at: Trà Nóc I Industrial Zone, Trà Nóc Ward, Can Tho City, Can Tho Province.
Can Tho Milk Plant produces the following products:
Article 2. - Pasteurized milk, yogurt, cream, and cookies;
- Other products assigned by Vietnam Dairy Company in accordance with the law.
Can Tho Milk Plant shall proceed with business registration procedures and operate in accordance with the Articles of Association approved by Vietnam Dairy Company and in accordance with the law.
Article 3. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, the General Director of Vietnam Dairy Company, and the Director of Can Tho Milk Plant are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Agencies under the Ministry, the General Director of the Vietnam Dairy Company, and the Director of the Can Tho Milk Factory are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
